Rev. Wilson Installed at Arnold

Rev. Micheal Palmer, Missouri District Superintendent, installed Rev. Tami Wilson in a special service this past Sunday morning(November 18th). Rev. Wilson's husband, Tim, and her family along with Rev. Palmer's wife, Mary, were also there to shared in this very significant event.

Harvester Teens Work at Southwest During Famine

During their 30 hour famine last weekend, teen from the Harvester Church of the Nazarene worked at the St. Louis Southwest Church by cleaning, painting, etc. Rev. Becky Stear, Associate Pastor for Southwest, reported that they had 33 teens from Harvester Church doing 10 different work projects.

Gary Rhodes Reports From Russia

Gary Rhodes sent this report from his Work and Witness Trip to Russia: "Michael and I have been getting a lot of electrical work done about 30 miles south of Moscow. Installing some new stuff and fixing a lot of problems. We are now in Moscow (Monday morning) will be working part of the day at Moscow First Church. Installing a new video projector that we brought with us and fix some wiring problems they have and then it will be back to Chekof until probably Thursday. We will be leaving here Friday afternoon which will be 5:10 AM your time and will be in St. Louis at 10:30 PM Friday night. Continue to pray for us as we work and travel."

Rev. Jim Chapman To Speak at 2008 Camp Meeting

Rev. Chapman has seventeen years of youth ministry experience. He has started Christian campus clubs in three St. Louis are public schools. He is a radio personality on Joy FM radio in St. Louis. He has led a street evangelism mission team to Toronto, Canada. He was born and raised in Illinois. He received a Bachelors degree from St. Louis Christian College and was ordained by the Missouri District Church of the Nazarene in 2006. Jim along with his wife, Jennifer, lives in O'Fallon, MO with their two children.

Rev. David Graves to Preach at 2008 Camp Meeting

Dr. David W. Graves will be one of the two evangelists to preach the 2008 Campmeeting June 23-29. Dr. Graves is the Senior Pastor at College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe, Kansas. He began his pastorate on September 10, 2006. Prior to College Church, he served as director of the Sunday School Ministries Department for the Church of the Nazarene International Headquarters in Kansas City from 2001-2006. He has had pastoral assignments in Ohio, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, Graves has also received a Master’s of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from his alma mater, ONU. Dr. Graves and his wife, Sharon, have three sons (Michael, John, and Stephen), one daughter (Rachel), and two daughter-in-laws (Paige and Staci).

Rev. Mark Hager Accepts Call to Kirksville

Rev. Mark Hager and Cindy have accepted the call to the Kirksville church. Together the Hagers planted the Eureka Crosshaven Church of the Nazarene in 2002. The Kirksville church has been without a pastor since Rev. Jake Blankenship moved to Iowa last August.

Adam's Voice To Minister at 2008 Camp Meeting

Adam's Voice are Christian music artists. The focus of their ministry is to attest to the power of God through worship, inviting Him in to change lives. Woven into their repertoire of the familiar are original songs resonating with scripture, written from personal testimony inspired by real-life circumstances. Their music spans a wide range of styles, as they endeavor to reach all age group.

Adam's Voice consists of husband and wife team David & Charlene Adams and friend Jeremy Fox. David leads the group as vocalist and public relations manager. Charlene is vocalist and songwriter. Jeremy is vocalist, bass player and sound tech. support. All three are members of First Church of the Nazarene, New Castle, Indiana.

Adam's Voice has been able to communicate God's love through song to churches across the United States. National Radio Stations have aired several of their songs. Christian television programs have repeatedly featured them.

The dates of the 2008 Camp Meeting are June 23-29, 2008.
